It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed and unused items in original condition with all original tags intact may be returned or exchanged for another item, providing it is in stock, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
How to return or exchange an item
Simply complete this form which is also included within your order confirmation email, include your proof
of purchase and post back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order to the

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and labelled clearly with both the senders and the online return address. To avoid delivery problems, we recommend sending your return back using registered mail.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items you have purchased. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging or postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for
change of mind returns or exchanges. Please allow approximately two weeks from the day your parcel is received by us for your account to be credited. Once we have processed
you return we will notify you via the email address provided with your online order.
Please note we can not offer a refund or exchange on Sale items for change of mind except when required by Consumer Guarantees (see above), or otherwise as required by law.
